OMK Industries- We want to invest in the production of CTC tea (green and black and other type) in China
Our company "OMK Industries" you know for a long time, we are interested in your opinions (advice) in the choice Chinese province or city for invest. Since we have a little time (perhaps, we will visit to Shanghai, China of end May), you are required to supply short commercial offer (1 piece file-with the name company and website) with price of CTC tea (and other type) production equipment (technical parameters, photos, scheme technological line) and tea raw materials prices (and help us on marketing research and compilation business plan). Please urgently answer to the questions: 1) Where advantageously produce CTC tea in China? 2) What region (the province, city) favourable on climate, tax discounts for tea production etc.? 3) What capacity of tea to produce (t/year, kg/hour)? 4) What is value (cost) of construction of the tea plant there (cost of land)? 5) What popular sort of tea better to produce in China? 6) Where can I buy equipment (technological lines) for the production of tea (Chinese, Indian, etc.) and raw tea? We will sell this tea in China and exported. i'm not spetsialsit, but about giving you a list of machines for the production of STS tea, in principle you can send your version of machines
For this require the following machinery (from China or India and other countries): 1) Horizontal Rotary Drum Type Tea Blending Machine + Vibratory Sorter (Vibratory Sifter), Bucket Elevator, Belt conveyors for feed hopper; 2) Blended tea Storage Bin; 3) Form-Fill-Seal (FFSM) - packing machine (Volumetric filling system, Heat sealable material, Quantity: 100gm, 250 gm, 500 gm, ? packets/min); 3) Tea Bag Machine (Quantity: 2-5 gram, ? tea bag /min).
