Hello ,

I am contacting your company regarding a weightlifting invention that I have that is quite unique to the market place.This product is a mechanical safety device for a weight bench.
Lifting heavy is the key to building muscle size and density.
Muscles need negative resistance in order to stimulate growth.
Normally, a person known as a spotter assists in the last reps.
While working out alone at home one night, I tried to increase my bench press weight and ended up with the weight trapped on my chest.
This is a little background on the conception of the "Weight Spotter".
There currently are no other "Mechanical Spotters" that have the unique feature that this product has:
You can remove the weights that become trapped on your chest by rolling the bar in a forward incline motion and away from your head and neck and no matter what amount of weight or exhaustion; this can be done extremely easily.
Also, this device does not interfere with the range of motion while not being used.
I recently have been issued a patent (Patent # ***) on the "Integrated Spotter"(built right into the bench).
I introduced it at an inventors show and it took first place out of ballot votes from 20,000 people.
The questions most asked were "where can I buy it" and nearly everyone could relate with the above situation of being pinned from the weights.
I would like to incorporate this device into your line of weight benches.

I am writing you in hopes of licensing with your company and being paid on a royalty basis or some mutual agreement.
