RFQ Details

I am looking to produce a prototype, and eventually larger-scale production, using a PVC material and an RF welding process. We'd like a prototype immediately and hope to get a cost structure for pricing. We are hoping to create a multi-layer "tower" which would be welded together in various places, in sheets of 4' x 7'. We would want lots of 2500, and up to 20, 000 per year. We are located on the east coast of the United States. We'd like to get the prototype around $100. I'd love to provide you with documents which give much greater detail to the exact specifications in which we are looking for.
