RFQ Details

Dear Sirs;My company Rayba is a trade company mainly established to achieve some special projects in railway industry. Rayba has 3 partners and posses wide experience in Turkish industry especially in railway field. All Rayba partners have very strong commercial and political contacts in railway field. Thus, Rayba has significant capability in terms of attending and following up bids in our territory (Turkey and neighbor countries).Recently, there is a very big tender in Turkey for the following machines: Continuous Action Tamping Machine with 48 Ties 1 unitContinuous Action Tamping Machine with 32 Ties 2 unitsCombi Tamping Machine 9 unitsSwitch Tamping Machine 1 unit Ballast Regulating Machines 4 unitsDynamic Track Stabilizing Machines 4 unitsRail Profile Grinding Machines 1 units Since tens of years, 2 big machine manufacturers (Matisa/Switzerland () and Plasser/Austria () are dominating Turkish market. So far, no Chinese machine has been sold to Turkey. In other words, Matisa and Plasser do not feel any competitiveness threat in the market and offering to all bids under no stress since several years. In that sense, considering Raybas political and commercial strength in Turkey and Chinese competitive price levels, we believe we can penetrate into Turkish market with your machines through the recent tender of TCDD (Turkish Railway Company) Dear Sirs;I hope all above information/explanation is clear and understandable. I just like to emphasize again that this tender is a real big one and only every 3 - 4 years such big tender happens in Turkey. We have almost 30 days to catch the deadline. I believe, this time period is not a short one if we move fastly. I hope you will be able to offer this bid together with Raybas cooperation.
