RFQ Details

I am next to a buyer's mandate for rough diamonds. I would like you to forward the procedures for your parcel. Upon the acceptance of the sellers procedures the buyer will submit an LOI. Along with the procedures could you please send me the manifest and provide answers for the following questions:

1. Who is the Owner of the Diamonds?
2. What is the origin(country) of the diamonds?
3. Where are the diamonds currently located?
4. How many groups are involved with the sale?
5. Is the Seller willing to have a conference call after the LOI submitted?
6. Will SKR's, KPC's, export receipts, etc. be provided after the LOI is filled out?
7. Are the stones in the Brinks or Malca Amit System?

Please Note: Parcels that are in the USA at Malca Amit or Brinks are preferred.
