Dear Sir/Madam,

We, Yantai Seashell Energy Corporation, was established in Yantai City, China in May 2008. Now, we have now developed into a large enterprise mainly engaged in the coal wholesale. We already have clients which are large-scale power plants, such as CHINA GUODIAN CORPORATION, CHINA HUANENG GROUP, and CHINA HUADIAN CORPORATION etc. Our annual sales now are more than millions of MT. The company mainly supplies coals to domestic reputable enterprises such as CHINA HUANENG GROUP, CHINA HUADIAN CORPORATION etc.

Since our establishment, we have been adhering to the concept of "mutual trust, mutual benefits" to pursue a win-win situation. With rich experience in coal industry and rich customer resources, we are firmly confident that our cooperation will bear mutual fruits. Now, we are seeking various classes of steam coals and of good quality. If you can supply coal of good quality meeting our customers' requirements, our purchase order quality shall be not less than 50000 MT/per month. We also anticipate an umbrella contract with world reputable suppliers. The quality of coals we need is low ash, low sulfur, high calorific value. We sincerely hope to establish a long-term cooperation relationship with your esteemed corporation.

Here is our demand information:

Total Moisture: Less than 10%
Ash: Less than 12%
Sulfur: less than 1%
Net Calorific Value: Not less than 6000
Volatile Matter (ARB): More than 23
Payment terms: 90 days after sight L/C
Delivery terms: DES China port
