SUGAR ICUMSA 45 ORIGIN BRAZIL NEEDED *****

Our end buyer is the government of Jordan and so our terms are always a reflection of theirs.

These are the main conditions besides the price, without which we can't proceed. The L/C will not be transferable ***** procedures will be as follows:

1- Seller will issue the draft of contract

2- Buyer and seller will negotiate it, until both sign the same

3- Buyer will issue 5% non-operative PBG

4- Seller will issue non-operative DL/C whixh will activate the non-operative bond, only after a proper POP is release by the seller, and is verified by the buyer. POP may be a solid SGS report, warehouse receipt, or a bank's confirmation.

5- Shipments will proceed as per the contract and DL/C's terms.

Anyhow your price has to be revised before.
