Dear Sir / Madam,

We are a manufacturing company of power cables and wires in Uzbekistan.

We are in need of STEEL WIRE PATENTING LINE with the following requirements:

Steel wire diameter for patenting: from 1.0 to 5.0 mm
Number of wires in the line: not less than 10 wires
Patenting line speed: 4-20 m/min
Line composition:
- pay-off device with 630 mm bobbin or basket
- heating furnace
- lead bath
- pulling device
- take-up device with 630 mm metal bobbin
Heating furnace temperature: from 1000'C to 1200'C
Steel wire heating temperature: from 850'C to 950'C
Lead melting temperature in lead bath: from 450'C to 550'C
Heating furnace and lead bath temperatures must be adjustable and controlled.
