We are OTIX in Hong Kong. We are a supplier of building material and machinery company.

Now we are urgently needing a very good offer of bitumen grade 40/50, compliant of Eu standard. Pls see attached specification for your reference.

The expected qty is about 50, 000MT-60, 000MT, in drum, or bulk (if you can provide the vessel).
