RFQ Details

Tri Key Productions Ltd. is searching for a supplier of A5 size, zippered (zip-around), 3-ring binders with the following specifications:
- outside dimensions approximately 27cm x 18.5cm x 5cm.
- 1 inch rings (2.5cm) ring size, distance between rings (center to center) = 7cm;
- able to enclose 8.5 inch by 5.5 inch sheets and 8.5 inch by 6.0 inch tabs;
- synthetic leather (nice look and feel); preferably black color
- durable construction and neatly finished
- pocket and card holder slots on inside
- one color printing of 3 words on front.
The supplier must be able to:
- ship a sample for approval;
- accept initial order of approximately 200 for test marketing; and
- ship subsequent orders within 3 weeks of purchase order receipt.
Possible additional options (but not necessary):
1) inclusion of note pad
2) pen & calculator
If product is successful, subsequent orders are expected to increase in size as follows:
250, 300, 400, 500, 700, 800, and 1000 thereafter.
