I have a Company situated in Colombia.
My business are the GPS trackers, and i have a lot of them.
But now im looking for an cheap GPS tracker for the poor people. (this will be the most selled tracker).

Specifications:
- It must have an GPS. I will dont accept an GSM only tracker.
- It must have the possibility to set the APN
- It must have the possibility to set an SERVER IP
- The price must be LESS than 35USD FOB.
- It must have the wires to connect to a Car or Motorcycle
Optional Spec:
- If the tracker have a function that Send a Coordinate to the server ONLY IF the distance with last position is MORE THAN X (a previously setted value) will be perfect.
