RFQ Details

Currently, we are using an ironing tool for finger joint to give a temporary grip on our conveyor belt.
Our current Iron specifications as stated below. This is a custom made iron for us.

Custom-made industrial iron type LHBS, 230 V / 1000 W digitally controlled,
Self-optimizing 2-PID control, display of set and actual temperature,
Aluminum base 250x130 mm,
Harness robust 120 cable, length power cord to control box 2m
Control box to handset 3 m.
Operating temperature 220 ° C,
Minimum temperature 200 ° C, Maximum temperature 280 ° C,
Our Belt material is both PU & PVC
Our current iron as above.
Steel/platen dimension 250mmL x 130mmW
We use the above foil & gaze to stick on our belt & iron on top of it to giver temporary finger joint.

Perhaps, you may have some alternatives that meets my requirement as above.
