Welcome to "From the Court to the Kitchen!" I'm Marty Embry, your guide and host to this doorway to fantastic cookbooks, spices and cook wear. My spices were created because of my desire for flavoring foods with simple ingredients. After graduating from DePaul, I played professional basketball in Europe for *3 years and what better way to learn how to mix and match flavors, while creating succulent meals! You will undoubtedly be the envy of the family come dinner time! It's almost a sin to enjoy cooking and enjoy eating as much as I do. There is nothing like slowly eating a home cooked meal and allowing your palate to be bathed in the wonderful flavors, but only after your nose has gone into overdrive! Did I mention to you that I really, really enjoy food! "From the Court to the Kitchen" is a brand created by me. From the Court to the Kitchen, now include my cook books, coney sauce spice packets (for authentic Flint, Michigan Coney Dogs), seasoning salt, herb rubs, blackening spice, spare rib dry rub, crab seasoning, creole seasonings, BBQ Sauces and a line of athletic cook wear. That's cook wear as in caps, shirts and sport themed aprons. The spices were created to emphasize my nearly *5 years of recipes. The idea was to create delicious and flavorful spices that could easily enhance any dish, whether it was from my cook book or one of your personal recipes. From my court, to your *****!
