NIC Technology Corp. was incorporated on the 20th of August 1991. Situated at Section 3 Jhongyang Road, Tucheng, it was primarily engaged in the trading of plastic materials; following the merger with Tai Chia Company and Pai Su Enterprise in 1995, the company needed to expand and shifted to its current address at Tucheng Industrial District, numbers 4 and 8 Zhu Ciang Street in 1997. Since year 1999 the company started its venture into the global markets with diversified products following the establishment of its Hong Kong subsidiary; electronic components were first added to its trading portfolio. To increase market share, the company acquired the Malaysian company CHEILCHEM in July 2000, and was later in October listed for public trading under the Guei-Tai Stock Exchange. Company name was changed to UNIC Technology Corp in June 2002. UNIC TECHNOLOGY (THAILAND) CO., LTD was established in 2005 to support the distribution of home and car use plastic materials to Southeast Asia and Euro-Asia.
UNIC Technology Corp is currently in the distribution of plastic materials, environmentally friendly materials, engineering plastic, electronic components, auto parts etc.
