Jiangsu Hero Way Rolling Co., Ltd. is one of the biggest and most professional roll manufacturer in China. Hero Way Rolling was founded in ***9 and covered an area of more than *5,**0 square meters, construction area of *0,**0 square meters. 
   

The main business of the Hero Way is designing and producing various of rollers used for different kinds of ERW tubes, cold roll-forming tubes and profiles, cold rolling roller, flattening rollers, support rollers, straightening rolls as well sizing rollers, casted Iron and steel rollers and high chromed alloy rollers, blades for slitter line and also ERW tube mill, cold-forming lines, slitter line and cold rolling lines.

Whole Process Chain of Roll Forming
COPRA® RF comprises the entire engineering process of roll forming - from calculation and flower design to roll tool design, part lists and tool production. Furthermore, a comprehensive database management system for profile and tool management has been integrated. All program modules give access to a central COPRA® RF database.
Software for Profiles, Tubes, Drawn Tubes and Trapezoidal Sections
The COPRA® RF software technology provides a powerful software package for every roll form designer. Design in a professional way for simple as well as highly complex profiles, tubes, drawn tubes and trapezoidal sections. By analysing the strains on the material during the forming process, COPRA® RF DTM enables the designer to determine the proper forming process even before the rolls are physically manufactured.
