Product structure

1. mixing system

Mixing system is composed of motor, belt conveyor, reducer, mixing tank, mixing device, transmission system, oil supply system and so on. The JS***0 twin shaft compulsory mixer is suitable for mixing console, aggregate diameter less than or equal to the various types of *0mm concrete.

2. metering system

HZS*5 mixing station adopts weighing system of PL***0 concrete batching machine, which is composed of storage hopper, weighing hopper and transportation mechanism. The weighing system of powder, water and additive is composed of weighing bucket, sensor and so on. The weighing control is completed by the control system

3. feeding system

Aggregate supply system. This part is made up of feeding mechanism and weighing system of PL***0 concrete batching machine, which can be matched with 3 kinds of aggregate.

Powder feeding system. The part of the cement silo and cement screw conveyor components. Cement from the cement silo through the screw conveyor directly transported to the cement weighing hopper in measurement.

4. electrical control system

HZS*5 mixing station electrical control system mainly consists of the console and the AC contactor as the core power, a full set of system are installed in the control room, can realize the whole production process of ingredients, promotion, mixing and discharging automaticly, semi automaticly.

5. gas path system

The air source is supplied by W*1.0/*0 air compressor, and the air filtered by the mirror and after the refueling the air are transported into the branches through the gas bag. Gas path is divided into aggregate feeding, mixer unloading, cement unloading, cement silo broken arch, admixture agitation and other parts.
