4. Using instructions of 1:1 rtv2 liquid silicone rubber for large scale animal sculpture mold spraying

1.Clear the model and tool totally before operation to prevent cure inhibition.

2.Take **0g of part A and **0g of part B and Mix them evenly in 2~3 minutes.

3.Get the mixed silicone into the vacuum pumping and de-air the bubble around 2~3 minuted .(if there is no vacuum machine ,please pour the mixture carefully and slowly down the inside of the mould frame so that less bubbles caused)

4.Clean your products and brush a layer of release agent (detergent or soap water )on your products

spray the cacuumed mixed silicone into the model frame and cure it for **3 hours at normal temperaturet .It takes *0 minutes to cure when it is heated to **0 degree .
