{C}b) New generation High Cr-alloy, developed by CamZone, with Longer life time up to 8 years.
{C}c) Higher wear resistance, little surface damage.
{C}d) No impression and Indentation, because of no metal scale.
{C}e) Higher corrosion resistance and higher Anti-oxidizing, to protect metal scale.
{C}f) Improving final strip quality after hot rolling and cold rolling, especially for Silicon steel and stainless steel, because of no metal scale.
Specification{C}a) Material: Co-based alloy (Cobalt based Alloy), and new developed high Cr-Alloy, with Rare Earth elements added.
{C}b) Vacuum Melting, Vacuum Precision Casting, higher alloy purity.
{C}c) Installation Position: installed on top of CamZone‘s Furnace Rolls. Above CamZone‘s Sliding blocks and rider, slab or billets pass through the reheating furnaces.
{C}d) Application: suitable for both pusher furnace and walking beam furnace.
{C}e) Delivery time: FOB within 3 months after receiving of down payment.
