    Material: annealed copper or hard aluminum stranded wires

Concentric compacted circular applied for the cross section is less than **0mm2

Segmental compacted circular. Applied for the cross section over than **0mm2

the conductor screen consist of an overlapping and extruding semi-conducting screen

Material is extruded cross-linked polyethylene.

4Insulation Screen

The insulation screen is provided over the insulation by extruding the semi-conducting compound concentrically .The conductor screen, the insulation and the insulation screen mentioned to the following clause are extruded simultaneously in one process to ensure that the screen and insulation are intimately bonded together and free from all possibilities of voids between layers.

5. Bedding

The bedding consisting an overlapping water barrier tape under the metallic sheath, The non-conducting tape will swell up under the influence of the humidity.

6         Metallic Screen:

The metallic screen consists of the wire shield, the corrugated aluminum sheath or the lead sheath.

7         Outside security layer

Outside security layer is PVC or PE ,It can also be white ant type according to customers requirements. Semiconducting layer is covered on the extruded plastic sheath to be the compression test electrode of outside security layer
