1. If you are looking for high performance sheet metal bending machines, DAFU’s CNC press brake ZYB****0ton is the right choice for you, it is featured in: all electric components and hydraulic system controls synchronized movement of the two oil cylinders, to ensure excellent synchronized accuracy, bending accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy; Adopts hydraulic automatic inflection compensation system to avoid impact from upper slider upon the sheet metal and working table, which will cause error of bending; the compensation system is controlled by CNC system to make sure high accuracy; Multi-axes control of back gauge is available and could be expanded up to 6 axes, i.e., X1, X2 axes for forward and backward, R1, R2 for upward and downward, Z1, Z2 for left and right movement; The frame of our CNC press brake is formed and assembled once after welding, components of machine body are machined by German made CNC gantry machining center with capacity up to *0meters, to ensure rigidity and machining accuracy of machine body; There are two types of working tables of press brake we built, regular type and concave-convex type. Regular type working table could equip with die of four sides with grooves, heavy duty CNC press brake could equip with universal die; concave-convex working table regularly equips with segmented concave-convex die, which is suitable for high precision bending works, such as tiny pieces or boxes. Back gauge of CNC press brakes are driven by servo motors, high programming accuracy of CNC control system, swift reaction. Upper slider of CNC press brake is controlled by proportional valve, controlled by CNC system, to realize balance of cylinders, and make sure synchronous movement of both cylinders to increase bending accuracy.
