Description
YY(Q)W series of horizontal oil (gas) fired thermal fluid (hot oil)
heaters are used in many industrial applications where efficiency
and accurate temperature control between **0 º C and **0 º C are
required. They work in a way of heating directly thermal fluid in
the pipes with the high temperature smoke. With the help of forced
circulation oil pumps, the fluid with low temperature will come
back to the heater from the heat-required equipments (like dryers)
and is re-heated again. The shell plate is made of Q***-A/B steel
plate. The outside insulation is aluminium silicate fibrofelt with
thickness of **0mm. The heater is packed by 0.5mm stainless steel

2.3 List of control functions (Basic requirements)
A. Flow detection: A flow meter is fixed at the outlet pipe to show
the fluid flow rate. The alarm and interlock to
Blower and burner happens against the abnormal flow rate.
B. Pressure detection: Pressure transmitters are fixed at the inlet
and outlet pipes to show the pressures.

4. Service terms
4.1. Service before sale:
Provide relative technical data for customer choosing equipments.
Design floor plan, basic general drawing and quotation.
4.2. Service in sale:
After the contract working, we will execute each item, keep
ISO***1: ***8 standard in every manufacturing process. Keep in
touch with customer and make sure that craft, quality and
technology could meet the requirements.
4.3. Service after sale:
Help customer for installation and training at site. Maintenance
and repair for one year. Customer should pay for the round-trip
flight ticket and accommodation.
