This is the **0L *-head full-automatic filling line system with the linear weighing-type, comprising an  auxiliary empty barrel loading slope, a power empty barrel loading slope belt conveyor, an empty barrel temporary-storage conveying line, an empty barrel grouping roller way, a *-head automatic main filling machine, an automatic heavy barrel cap setting and screwing machine, a heavy barrel storage conveying line, jack-catch stacking unit, an operating platform an a full-automatic control system etc.

Working flow:Caps of empty barrels on ground shall be manually opened, place the cap on the barrel and push onto the conveying belt; the conveying belt will deliver the empty barrels to the empty barrel temporary-storage conveying line; then they will be grouped by the empty barrel grouping roller way and delivered to the filling station to fill. The filling machine, a *-station weighing filling, will insert the filling head to empty barrels to carry out the two steps of rough filling and precision filling after automatically finding openings. The filled heavy barrels will be delivered out of the main filling machine to the automatic heavy barrel cap setting and screwing station; the heavy barrels with caps screwed will be conveyed forward to the stacking station to stack. The stacker will grab 2 barrel at a group to stack; and each pallet will be put with four heavy barrels.
~The entire line is controlled by PLC and there is no filling when absent of barrels; the touch screen is used to realize the man-machine interaction, setting, display and operating so as to ensure the compatibility, reliable work and a visual working statues; Various parameters can be set on the interface. With the functions of output accumulation, fault display, weighing data display and working statue display etc. The entire-line interlocking protection is provided so that the filling will be automatically stopped when there is absent of barrels at the point of barrel loading, and recovered when barrels are made up; the entire line will shutdown when finished products are piled up and recovered to normal operation when the piled products are removed.
