2.The introduction of QTJ***5 cement block making machine

Block making machine is a semi-automatic model that has developed on the basis of QTJ***6 model, integrates the advantages of past small and medium-sized block molding machine. The aircraft uses four-pillar orientation, square steel rack; the bottom mold uses the directional vertical vibration mode. The machine equips with an air compressor, making the process of advance and retreat of upper module, material-discharging control use pneumatic, achieving the gas & electricity integrating control, therefore greatly enhance the productivity.

Efficient, super excitation system design, Using the pressure and flow which controlled by computer hydraulic system, realize the vertical synchronous vibration, frequency conversion, brake, two sides synthesis output, it transport the vibration to the every part of mode box efficiently and balancely.

3). Whole machine is using PLC system, computer interface operation, it can be achieved random signal analysis, fault diagnosis and parameter setting, to ensure the best effectiveness of the machine.

4). Reasonable distribution of the vibration: Through the stripping cylinder lock the mode box in the shaking-table. We install the special vibrator on the pressure head in addition, achieve combined vibration mode, to enhance the effect of vibration. This vibration form can make concrete rapid liquefaction and exhaust, can also make products achieve high density strength.
