Shipment and Payment |
A. We do custom made dresses. So if you want us to make a dress
like a picture you have, you can send us your pictures to our
DHgate.com message box.
A. The dress itself does not include any accessories such as
wedding veil, bolero (jacket), shawl, bag, crinoline ( petticoat )
headpiece as shown in the pictures.
B. Generally speaking, if the actual size is within 2cm bigger or
smaller than your required size, it will not effect your wearing,
the size still fit you, we do not accept returning.
C. Make sure that you offer us your size and color as soon as place
an order with us, otherwise, we couldn't begin to make.
D. If you want to cancel the order within *4 hours after you place
it, you need to confirm with us firstly.

A: During Chinese traditional holiday, like Chinese Spring
Festival, National Holiday, the shipping time will a little longer
than usual. Your understanding will be appreciated.
B: The shipping time is based on shipping method. It will take *5
working days by UPS, DHL, FEDEX and **0 working days by EMS, TNT,
etc.
C: Free shipping for partial countries.
D: We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, bank transfer, western
union, Skrill, American Express, and Bpay; The handling fees &
the transaction cost is on your responsibilities.
 E. If the goods is held by the customs, please contact your
customs office, otherwise, we do not take the responsibility for
the delayed delivery. |

Notice:Â Since all our dresses are made after receiving your
orders, normally we only accept return due to quality problems.
However, if you want to return it anyway, we can offer you partial
refund after deducting our cost of fabric, manpower, etc. Hope you
can understand:)
A. If you are not satisfied with the dress, please contact us
within *4 hours after receiving it.
B. When you want to return your dress, please mark your name,
address, and order number, a brief
explanation of returning. Please indicate if you prefer an exchange
or refund.
C. For exchange and return, shipping postage is at Buyer's
expense. |
