1.Q:If I buy more,will there be any discount?

A: For new customers: There is a small discount,but when the order value more will give more discount For old customer: Discount detail talk with saler.

 

2.Q:I still have not received the item after 5 days,what should I do?

A:Maybe your address is not scope DHL,FEDEX,or some other ways .

If you still have not received it by then,Pls contact us by TM or email.

 

3. Q:What I received is different size from picture,how can I do?

A:Mostly,our size is normal,please confirm the size with saler before order,if have yourself idea size,please makea deal with us,If we sent size different with before,please contact with sale soon,we will remark the designs,will post correct size to you or send you gether with next order.

 

4.Q:I received the item in broken,what should I do?

A:Every ruby ring before shipping is well inspected,though we packed well,it still can't be avoid because of rough handling by shipping worker.In this case,please contact us and let me know how many quantity in broken,please email us,we will resend to you next order.
