FEATURE 

INTERLOCKING ROLL
An interlocking shift from main roll to assistant roll.It gives smooth transfer to any kind of material.



HEAD AUTO-CLEANING
Effective device which can clean the heads and head plate automatically by program.




SCREW ROLL
Decreasing wrinkles during substrate's feeding and raise the friction of main roll for smooth feeding operation for all kind of fabrics.



DEGASSING UNIT
From main ink pail to ink line, it remove micro bubble while transfer to main ink tank.



MEDIA TENSION CONTROL SYSTEM
It applied Elec. pneumatic control tension to generate constant tension of materials. According to type of textile , tension can be adjusted automatically.




FRONT DRYER
Applied FIN to the out-side of dryer for wide dry after print. It could dry textile materials perfectly on any mode of passes



FEEDING SYSTEM & PINCH ROLL
Automated intelligent feeding system for supply & take up media for constant stability. And with Pinch roll, it presses media surface equality for stable print.



MESH KIT & VACUUM PLATE
Depending on the purpose of printing by fabrics or transfer paper, A plate can be changeable for its purpose of printing on material



PCI BOARD & SPLIT BOARD
R&D of KEUNDO has developed PCI board for high-capacities with express date transmission and the Sprit board that devices date from PCI to each head accurately. It is able to control each heads more efficiently than any other boards.


JET MODULE & HI BOARD
KEUNDO has developed new jet-module with head interface board for water based head control. It gives a low temperature of Amp for stable jetting with long time operation. Without the HIB, must add a few other parts for temperature control. Also it effected to weight of the head carriage, elec. noise easy maintenance and tec.
