BALDR series back-flushing control valves are *-way hydraulic drive diaphragm control valves with low pressure seal and smooth flow change. Back-flushing control valve can be connected with gravel filter or disc filter into an automatic backflush filtration system,and it can also change the direction of flow in water supply.
 
Typical application
Auto back-flushing filtration system:assembled into a backwash filter system with gravel medium filter or disc filter.
Water supply system:used in the water supply pipelines to reroute the water flow into angular or direct flow direction.
 
How it works?
Take direct flow control valves as an example:
In normal filtering mode,when the in-flow and outlet are interlinked,water flows straight.When externally pressurized water [1] flows into diaphragm control chamber [2],diaphragm [3] driven spool assembly [4]  rises up to upper valves seat[5] ,and the in-flow is firmly sealed connecting sewage outlet and the outfall so as to enable water flow back from the outlet to the sewage outfall into the backwashing state.When the water of the control chamber is discharged,the pressure of the water pipelines and the elastic force of the springs act together to bring the spool assembly[6] back to the drain ports lower seat[7].Meanwhile the sewage outlet is closely sealed and the control valve returns to the filter mode.
