*6W Hight power LED Street light

This LED street lamp sets reliable heat dissipation efficient light distribution, long life at a suit.

Heat Dissipation

1. We adopt reflow to weld high power LED and we weld LED cooling base and aluminum base as one, its heat conduction can reach to **0%.

2. We adopt PCTIM which has high thermal conductivity system between aluminum base and street lamps' radiator, so it will transmit the heat fromLED to the coolingfins of street lampsreliably.

3. Because of unique street lamp design, the heat that LED produces will raise along the wall of cooling fins, the heat will be taken away through the cycle of air convection. This keeps LED street lamps will work safety and normally.

4. Our street lamps have the function of importing air and draining water off, fins' dust will be discharged from channel in the course of raining, so that it will be reliable heat dissipation.

Light Distribution

1. We adopt mirror reflection and it is not traditional lens light distribution. Mirror reflection light distribution is difference from lens light distribution. Its advantages as follows:

The surface of nickel plating reflector is smooth, it will absorb less light, the reflection of light is even, but led light distribution, its white light penetrating is only *2% though we adopting the most advanced PMMA materials abroad.

2. The unique reflectors light distribution, it can effectively control LED to realize long rectangular flare that road lighting need. About long rectangular flare, it meet the evenness and glare control of national standard ,it has more than *0% of the system luminous efficacy, it is even in the available irradiation area, its evenness is greater than 0.4, the edge of flare is clear, there is no bad glare outside the available irradiation area.

3. Long Life

â‘     We adopt Bridgelux of USA 1 watt high power LED as light source.

â‘¡ About circuit design, we use single low pressure small constant current drive, it has directional light, low power consumption, good driving characteristics, high speed responsibility, high a seismic, long life, environmental protection and other advantages. It solves the problem of uneven distribution in the traditional power project.
