1. Product Introduction

Model ***2 centrifugal blower is applicable in ventilating and conveying air and other gases that non-flammable, non-explosive, non-volatile, harmless to the human body, non -corrosive to steel in general factory and large buildings indoor. B***2 centrifugal blower can be used for pumping flammable and volatile gases.F***2 model is mainly used for conveying corrosive gases.But there must be no any sticky substance in the gases that Model ***2、B***2、F***2 centrifugal blower conveys, and the dust and hard particles contained no more than **0mg/m³. Gas temperature should not exceed *0℃.

2. Structure

No.2.8A*6A from Model ***8 mainly consist of impeller,shell,air inlet and others with straight league motor.In additional of above parts,No**0 also has transmission part.

1).The impeller is consist of blade,circular arc cover and plate wheel disc,be adjusted by dynamic and static balance, good air performance, high efficiency, smooth operation.

2).There are two types of shells.The shell of No.2.***2 is integral,could not disassemble.The shell of â„–*6~*0 is made of two open type and tri-open type,which are connected by bolts.

3).The air inlet is made of integral structure, which is mounted on the side of the fan. The air inlet and section parallel to the axial direction are curved, which can make the gas enter into the impeller smoothly and the loss small.

4).Transmission group is consist of main sharf,bearing box,rolling bearing,belt pulley or coupling.
