400T vacuum Hot Press Sintering Furnace

Application:

The furnace makes use of graphite or molybdenum wire as its heater. It is mainly used to sinter the metal powder, inorganic non-metal material under the condition of vacuum, high temperature and hot pressing, also to do the hot pressing sintering under the condition of atmosphere, which are helpful to complete the dense sintering and prevent its deformation, also can restrain nanometer powder grain from becoming thick and big.



Unique Features:

1 Using software of computer to do the mechanical analysis of stress frame, which makes the deformation within the allowed range, and ensures the authenticity of displacement data.

2 Using CAE software to analyze and calculate the data of pressing unit, and check it with the actual measured value, ensuring strength and deformation satisfies the need of the long term use.

3. Furnace 0perational system with independent intellectual property rights



Features:

1 Vertical or horizontal structure, pressure from 5 to 800T. It consists of furnace shell, pressure device, vacuum system, heating element, insulating layer, and electrical control system etc.

2 Double-layer furnace shell with built-in water cooling jacket, stainless steel inner layer with the bright polish, outer layer is carbon steel with the rust-proof treatment or stainless steel.

3 Going by the different temperature, tungsten mesh, molybdenum wire and graphite tube can be chosen as heating element.

4 Insulating layer is composed of graphite tube and carbon felt with the good insulation. Tungsten mesh or molybdenum wire as heating element, insulating layer is metal thermal radiation shield.

5. Control mode of PLC plus touching screen, automatic operation, simple to operate it.

6. Control system owns light-sound alarm and automatic protective function on water failure, over-temperature and over-current etc., operating safely and reliably.
