QC 5 steps here for our clients:
1.after order confirmed,we have a meeting with the main people who work for workshop beforeproduction,investigate all the workmanship and some technic problems,ensure all of them have related ways to settle and control. 

2.inspect all the materials when arrived,ensure they will match customers' requirements.
3.inspect the semi-finished goods.
4.inspect the finished products.
5.final inspection when packing up all the goods.If there is no any problems for this step,our QC will issue the inspection report and release this products.

 Our main products Woven Fabric: cotton twill fabric,cotton poplin fabric,cotton canvas fabric,cotton spandex fabric,polyester cotton spandex fabric,polyester cotton twill fabric and polyester cotton poplin fabric,dyed or printed.

 

How to place an order:

1.    Contact by email or trademanager for specified items

2.    Lab dips or SO approval ( to be sent by express courier, like CKE, UPS, Fedex, DHL,etc)

3.    Contract signed, *0% deposit in advance;

4.    Bulk production

5.    Shipping Sample approval

6.    Balance payment remit

7.    Shipping; Send original documents or tele-release goods

8.    quality warranty for *0days after shipment

Payment: usually accept T/T,L/C at sight, other terms to be negotiable in advance please

Packing:In roll packing with tubes inside and plastic bags outside or according to customers' request

Delivery time: Delivery time is around *0 days after the deposit receipt. If urgent order, everything can be negotiable;
