Caution：

1)         Before a trial run, check the connector and pipe connection in good condition. Make sure the running direction of the motor falls in with the demands.

2)         All electric devices should be safely placed. They must be connected to the earth with conducting wire over 2.5SQM

3)         Check all contacts of every part. If there is something wrong, change or repair it in time.

4)         We must design the vulcanizing pressure (the high limit and low limit of the pressure gauge) and the vulcanizing time when you operate at the first time or change the technology.
Maintenance and cautions

Before operation, check the platen vulcanizing press carefully and check whether all the parts are fixed well, especially tightening the screw caps on the post axis. Check whether the wiring is correct. In addition to regularly cleaning equipment, the working oil in the oil tank should be changed with new oil completely after one year's operation.                      

 How to change the seal ring

When the seal ring of the oil cylinder plunger is worn out or damaged and can't meet the sealing requirements, it must be changed. Firstly, turn the control knob to the manual position and rise the elevating platform to the peak height and chock up it with wood, etc. underneath to prevent it from falling. Loosen the set screw on the elevating platform and open the oil return valve to separate the plunger and elevating platform and then loosen the flange nut to remove off the flange, and then close the oil return valve and continue to start the oil pump. The plunger will move up. Take the seal ring from the oil cylinder and change the new ring. Finally assemble up as original.
