Products description:

Top plate and groove: top plate use 5mm high-quality steel plate, the groove is by **0ton hydro-forming, which is smooth and wearable .
Neck part: rotation top plate use double steel ball track, hydro-forming which is high precise, stable and reliable . The ball plate is by heat treatment, which can bear big capacity, and have long life-time.
Surface treatment: electroplating treatment which is nice in appearance , rust-proof and corrosion resistant.
Rivet: M16 steel rivets, quenching and tempering treatment, hydraulic riveting.
Wheel axle: M12 solid screw, with self-locking nuts.
Edge plate: the fork foot use 5mm high-quality steel plate, and is welded to the bracket seat.
