We fix the hub motor to the car wheel according to the PCD and CB. Once you offer your PCD and CB(≥*0), we will arrange the hub motor which is based on your required. According to the PCD screw holes, the customized motor could be installed on the car wheel.
If you need wheel and tire/tyre, please kindly offer the models of them, we would like to help to collect and assemble them for you.

Application Questions
To customized a suitable motor, could you pls. inform below points:
1. size of your car wheel, and tire model?
2. your car weight & loading weight?
3. four motors driving? Or two motors driving?
4. max. speed?

Warranty
Generally, due to test purpose, it might be a destructive test, we couldnt do the warranty. If there is some damage during your test, which we could repair, after checking your video or pictures, you could deliver them back to our factory(I'm afraid that you have to bear delivery fee, both way),
We will make repairmen as possible as we could. For repair fee, we could bear the cost for 1 year.

Speed Suggestion
For this motor, the rated voltage we can do *0v, *2v, *4v, *6v. The max. speed can be customized to *****0km/h.

Controller Suggestion
The power of controller ≥power motor.
For **3 ***0w motor(rated speed *****0km/h), you could choose ******0a(limited current) controller. Meanwhile, you could choose Kelly KEB****1 or KEB****1 to match the motor. If you dont how to match with controller, please dont hesitate to contact with me.

Motor Design of inner configuration
1.Comparison between V1 and V2.
The configuration and construction inside the motor is not the same.
Export type have a stronger configuration, more cooper, thicker section surface, energy saving in usage.
In short, normal type is standard configuration, while export type is high configuration.
Thus, the cost of raw material is not the same.

2. Comparison between V2 and V3.
The configuration and construction inside the motor is not the same.
For extra type motors (motor Pn is *6 pairs):a stronger configuration than V2, more cooper wire and thicker Cross-sectional area section, bear more Ampere in usage.
As technical data, they're not the same.
Export type Efficiency: more than *5~*7%
Extra type Efficiency: more than *7~*2%
Meanwhile, the magnetic steel is wider than export type.
