It achieves complete packet switching and processing and supports multi-protocol call admission and multi-signaling networking. Its functions have included those of H.**3 Gatekeeper and SIP Server. Compared with IP-PBX, it possesses the advantages of large scale, flexible service provision, open service interface, etc.
