Activated carbon absorption tower uses the surface effort of highly capable solid activated carbon absorbent to adsorb molecules of organic exhaust gas on surface of absorbent. Activated carbon can select different fillers to treat different exhaust gas.
Mainly including three categories:
â‘ Acid exhaust gas and acidic dew point (e.g.: NO2, H2SO4, HCL, HF, etc.)
â‘¡Alkaline exhaust gas (e.g.: NH3, etc.)
â‘¢Organic exhaust gas and odor (e.g.: benzene, phenols, alcohol, ethers, tincture)
Structure:
Main body of equipment is mainly made of PP, carbon steel or stainless steel with internal anticorrosive treatment, able to resist corrosion of strong acid, alkaline and muriatic acid, and free from oxidational etching of other elements in long-term running and using. Thickness of primary structure may be customized according to client and treatment capacity with sufficient strength, sufficient to bear the load required by structure and running, and providing necessity operators platform. Absorption unit is the core unit of activated carbon adsorption tower. Absorption units are installed in layers as drawers in equipment box, capable of taking out from inspection doors of both sides conveniently. Inspection doors are convenient for opening and close in sealing. Large inspection doors of activated carbon are divided into two *-upper and lower, opened respectively, and taken down independently.
Applied range:
Activated carbon adsorption tower is particularly suitable for operating environment of lower solubility, great air volume, or high solubility, interval discharging exhaust gas. Mainly application areas include: production of electronic elements, production of batteries (battery unit), pickling plant, laboratory ventilation, metallurgy, chemical plant, medical manufacturing plant, painting plant, production of food, brewing and furniture, etc..
