SAILON® Aerosol Can Introduction

SAILON® aerosol cans are made from high quality tinplate with excellent printing, it is made with a dome, a cone and body, normally named as three-piece aerosol tin cans.
To insure the products are made at the level of the-state-of-art, Japan printer FUJI Primex-F**2, Swiss welding machine Soundronic, Germany sealing machine Lanico, Italian leak tester Bogfilioli are used. Raw material of tinplate is so important for a stable product, so we have chosen tinplate rolls from Shougang and as well as we have chosen the sealant from Grace. Our can types include necked-in cans and straight cans, dia includes *5mm, *2mm and *5mm which are mostly used by worldwide aerosol fillers.
As for usage, SAILON® aerosol cans cover car care, household, insecticide, personal care, industrial sprays and paints and so on.
SAILON® Aerosol Cans are available in diameter *5, *2 and *5mm, deformation pressure from *2 Bars to *9 Bars, burst pressure from *4 Bars to *1 Bars, can body can be plain, white coating, golden or printed, dome and cone can be plain or coated with colors and with printing, interior lacquered is optional.
