My name is Julia Shypytkova and I am Director of International Affairs Department of the Association of Cities of Ukraine, Kiev headquarters, acting under supervision of State Administration, and created *0 years ago for cooperation of Ukrainian regions and cities as well as internationally, in area of economical, social and cultural activities.
