 As early as in ***6 scientists found that water resistance to solids is **0 times greater than air resistance; so they suggested using a layer of air to separate the ship body from water in order to reduce resistance. Recently, the reducing resistance technology of ship using air have got good achievements. Now there are three type air reducing resistance technology type of ship in World.

1. Russia's air bubble technology for reducing resistance. It use installing tilt board and depended speed, It can form air bubble at craft bottom. The lenth of air bubble is proportional square of ship speed.They have designed build *9kn *0 seats energy-saving air bubble ferry and ather air bubble high-speed craft.

2. Japan's micro air bubbles reducing resistance technology, The air is pumped into the ship bottom by blower through many micro holes of the ship bottom and form air bubbles and bubble layer at ship bottom. They have design builded ****0t  bubble ship in ***0 and can a chieve *2% energy saving.

 3.Cai jinqi's of China energy-saving technologies of ship using a thin layer of air film. Cai jinqi professor have discovered the theorem of air film in ***2 and he have looked forming air film law at ship bottom through research and many tests, He have designed energy-saving equipment system of ship using a thin layer of air film. The air is pumped by blower into the ship bottom can form a thin layer of air film through simple diversion plate at the ship bottom. We have design installed air film equipment system for ***0t  old ship and it have been reduced resistance *0.1% and *5.2% saving energy, design installed for  **4TEU ***0t old container ship, The tests shows that  it can save power more *5% .

     The specification of our energy-saving technology of ships using a thin layer of air film.

1. The air is pumped by blower into the ship bottom can form a thin layer of air film  when passing through the ship bottom device installed.

2. The resistance of the device at the ship bottom is about 1 % .

3. The power of the blower is about **3% for ship main engine power.

4. It can save energy about ****0% for ship and high-speed ship. 

5. The cost of the energy-saving devise system of our technology is about 0.**0.5% of the shipbuilding cost.

 The application of our technology 

1. Design and build energy-saving air-film transportation ship

    To use our technology on transportation ship, we need to install blower and transport air pipe on the ship and device at ship bottom in order to form a layer of air film at ship bottom. It can reduce touch area of water and ships by about **- *0% , which can reduce resistance and save energy ****0%. The cargo ship, container ship, barge , tanker and so on are low speed transportation ship. The water friction resistance of the low speed transportation ships are about ****0% for total resistance of ship. It is proportional to the wet area of the ships. The wet area is the area of water touching ship. Design build a  ****0t  4,**0TEU air film container ship or **0,**0t ***0TEU container ship, It can save cost of oil per year about $ 2m -$ 4m USD, But the cost of the device is $0.5 - $1m USD only.

2. Design and build energy-saving air-film high-speed ship

   Our air film high-speed ship include our high-speed ship hull technology of  low resistance and reducing resistance technology of ship using a thin layer of air film. The friction resistance of the high-speed ship is about *0% total resistance of ship. Our technology can reduce the area of high-speed ships touching water more than *0%. The ship model comparative tests shows that the resistance of our air film high-speed ship lower by about *2% than the two-body hovercraft .The resistance of the device at bottom is by about 1%. The blower of hovercraft needs *5% power of main engin but the air film high-speed ship needs 1% only. Our air-film high-speed ship is cheap to build and we can design build big energy-saving air film high-speed ship for ferry or military. It is more efficient and easy to maintain. Our technology of air-film high-speed ship can also be used on high-speed passenger ship, high-speed container ship, yachts, high-speed patrol ships, military ships and so on.

3 The system can be installed on old ships within **5 days when they are being repaired in docks  for some old ship 

4 Design other zero emissions air film ship and boats

    There are *8 lines of ferry on the Huang Pu River (Wide **0m) in Shanghai. We have finished technology designing and technology discussing with the Shanghai ferry company about energy-saving ferry using a thin layer of air film and also finished technology designing zero emissions saving-energy ferry using our technology which use frequency motor and super capacitance for fast charging. Now a ferry costs oil about *****0 yuan RMB per year. It will cost electricity about ****0 yuan RMB per year if use our technology with super capacitance saving-energy feery. It can save cost of energy by about *0% and can realize zero emissions for ferry.

    We can research design other zero emissions air film low speed ship and boats which use solar battery or other battery.

    The green low carbon air film energy-saving ship will be  the trend in future,It will  change the traditional design concept, It can not only reduce the cost of transportation but also reduce the emissions of CO2.
