Our Kazakhstan company "World Trade Center Almaty" (WTCA) + "OMK Industries" buys equipments (complete line) for the production of Alkaline battery, capacity=*****0 pcs/hour (**0 pcs/min (ppm) for types batteries (LR**-LR**-LR*-LR***6LR*1).

 Possible, 1 line will work by turns for each types batteries. You are required to prepare commercial offer: price of equipment (line), technical specifications of equipment, list of equipment, photo equipment, kW, technological scheme and layout of the plant Alkaline battery.

We need following types of equipment for our Alkaline Batteries production line (possibly includes the following machines): 1) Anode loop forming unit; 2) Steel can conveyor unit; 3) Anode loop embedding unit; 4) Ruling unit; 5) Sealant coating unit; 6) Separator forming and embedding unit; 7) Electrolyte injecting unit; 8) Liquid absorbing unit; 9) Electrolyte vacuum liquid absorbing unit; *0) Calamine cream (zinc oxide (ZnO)+iron oxide) injecting unit; *1) Sealing forming unit (Roller compactors); *2) Electrical control system (PLC automatic control); *3) Welding and Assembly Systems; *4) Additional Component equipment Workshop (technological lines): Machines of metallurgical and metal cutting for steel materials and Machines of polymeric materials production.
Or maybe, as followings equipment for the Workshops: I) Main Equipment: 1) Ring machine, 2) Into the ring machine, 3) Weighing machine, 4) Norse machine, 5) Coating machines, 6) Filling machine, 7) Absorption machine, 8) Sealing machine, 9) Zinc cream machine, *0) Sealing machine, *1) Weighing machine, *2) Transfer to a plate runway; II) Auxiliary Equipment: *3) Mix flour equipment, *4) Sprayer, *5) Zinc cream mixer, *6) Spot welding assembly machine, *7) Other; III) Packaging Equipment: *8) Voltage inspection, Labeling machine.

We are going to visit China in March to meet and talk with Suppliers-factories (machinery) of equipment for Alkaline batteries, we also to visit Guangdong and Fujian provinces (to determine the location for our future plant in these areas (investment)).
