rubber roll structure:

· Both ends of rubber roll adopt UCP bearings imported from Japan, which can change quickly, reduce maintenance time ,conveyor run ,which can improve the stability

· The configuration can adopt imported stainless steel strong toughness scraper ,angle is adjusted by small turbine speed reducer, the effect will be better.

Elevator mechanism:

· The rising and falling of rubber roller is adjusted by manual operation, It’s convenient to adjust different thick board, the rising and falling configuration is air-operated device, eliminate the gap error, make the coating more even and smooth

Conveying device:

· The belt is Seigling PU belt, adopt Taiwan RHVC, run steady, and resistant to all kinds of solvent, prevent chemical corrosion from causing aliquation.
