Aluminum die-casting is a kind of die-casting parts. It is a mechanical die-casting machine equipped with casting dies. It pours liquid aluminium or aluminium alloy into the feed port of the die-casting machine. After die-casting, it can cast aluminium or aluminium alloy parts whose shape and size are limited by the die-casting machine.

Because aluminium and its alloy have good fluidity and plasticity, and the casting process is cast in the pressure die-casting machine, the aluminium die-casting can make various complex shapes, also can make higher precision and smoothness, thus greatly reducing the mechanical processing of the castings and the casting allowance of the metal aluminium or aluminium alloy, not only saving power and metal. Material, but also greatly saved labor costs; and aluminium and aluminium alloys have excellent thermal conductivity, small proportion and high processability.
