Aluminum casting parts.

1) Material:A**6, ZL**1, ZL**7, ZL**1, AlSi7Mg, etc, according to customers' requirement;

2) Product weight from 0.*5kg to *0kgs

3) Process: Casting + Machining+ surface treatment

4) Machining:CNC turning, CNC milling, drilling,etc;
5) Surface Finish:Chrome plating,spray-paint,Sandblasting, Powder Coating,anodisation,etc.

6)Inspection equipment:spectrograph,three coordinate measuring machine;

7) Applied software for specification drawings:Pro/E, auto CAD, solid work, UG, CAD/CAM/CAE

8) We will produce die casting part for customer base on OEM and ODM.

The gravity casting parts can be done by T4 and T6 treatment.

The hardness is better than die casting parts. also the cost of mould is inexpensive. 

This processing technic always used for the thick walled casting parts and the new project that not big quantity production.
