Aluminum hydroxide is the most widely used in the inorganic flame retardants. Because of its low toxicity, smoke suppression, low corrosion and the cheaper than halogen, phosphorus, it can achieve a variety of materials testing requirements. Aluminum hydroxide is mainly used for processing temperatures below **0 ℃ synthetic rubber , resins and thermoplastic hot fixity . Aluminum hydroxide is a non-toxic , white to pale white powder, relative density 2.*2, Mohs hardness of 3.0. When the temperature heated to above **0 ℃ , ATH loss of quality due to water loss *4.6 %. We produce aluminum hydroxide flame retardants processed by advanced surface treatment process and the activation degree reach *8%. It has good compatibility with rubber, plastic and other materials so as to greatly reduce the adverse physical and mechanical properties.
