2. Buyer send LOI / ICPO.
3. Seller and Buyer agree in deliveries terms, and another conditions from contract, and also from
escrow account,
4. Buyer and Seller assign electronic contract.
5. Buyer and Seller open escrow account in bank to be agreed.
6. Buyer transfer payment for the escrow account.
7. Shipment in accordance to the contract terms.
