Double row angular contact ball bearings with unsplit rings are provided with filling slots on one side. The bearings should be mounted in such a way that the main loads are carried by the raceways without filling slot.
Double row angular contact ball bearings correspond in design to two single row angular contact ball bearings but take up less axial space. They can accommodate radial loads as well as axial loads acting in both directions. They provide stiff bearing arrangements and are able to accommodate tilting moments.
 Angular contact ball bearings can support radial load and axial load. Can work at higher speeds. Contact angle decreases, the higher the axial load capacity. High precision and high-speed bearings usually take the contact angle of *5 degrees.In the axial force, the contact angle will increase. Single row angular contact ball bearings can only support axial load in one direction, the bearing radial load, will cause additional axial force. And the shaft or housing can limit the axial displacement
