This glue is particularly suitable for use on fast bookbinding machines like KOLBUS and HORAUF and fast cover machines like PERONDI AR/IR **0. CHARACTERISTICS: Undiluted glue at *0°C – Specifications quality control at production VISCOSITY: ***0 à ***0 mPa.s (BROOKFIELD RVF - *0 rpm - sp.4) REFRACTIVE VALUE : *8 to *0 % (ATAGO N2) OPEN TIME : Short. TACK : Very direct. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: TEMPERATURE *5 to *0 °C. at the glue rollers. At high temperature and/or relative humidity level, lower the temperature of the glue at the rollers by 5 °C, regulate the glue layer as thin as possible and dilute the glue as little as possible. Avoid temperatures higher than *0 °C in the glue tank. DILUTION Average initial dilution: +/- 5 %. Depending on the application, the materials used, the atmospheric conditions and the relative humidity, the ideal dilution rate can vary. The more water is added, the longer the open time and the lower the tack. Always dilute with warm water. CLEANING With warm water. A silicone spray on the machine parts will make the cleaning easier afterwards. PREMELTING The glue can be premelted at a temperature of MAX. *5° C. During long machine stoppages, the temperature has to be lowered to avoid burning/thermal breakdown. The ready to use glue solution has to be used as quickly as possible. PACKING: *0 PE pillow packs per carton. Average weight per carton: *5 kg. Standard *6 cartons on one pallet. Also available in pallet boxes of +/- **0 kg. SHELF LIFE: 6 months in its original closed packing. SEE EXPIRY DATE STAMPED ON THE CARTONS. STORAGE: Store in a cool and dry place. ( MAX. *0°C ) Too high temperature during the storage has a negative influence on the product properties.
