Champagne Renet – West-European variety. The Fruit – of medium size, ******0 gr. Diameter ****0 mm. Peel – smooth, shining, thin, and dense. In gathering it has white-yellowish colour and acquires its golden, yellowish colouring when stored. Sometimes it turns red from the sunny side. Pulp is white, dense and juicy. Its sourish taste gradually improves and becomes aromatic and pleasant.
