Deliverables of Offsite Support and Maintenance:

• Offsite support / On Call support
• Maintenance engineer will be given full support from the company and will be paid by us. 
• Identify and help to fix any software related problems within *8 hours
• Fix security issues (including virus attacks and other security problems) within *8 hours.
• Maintain backup and recovery of data etc.

On Call Basis: If there any problem occurs in the system then the client will call our support personnel to resolve the issues. Then out support personnel will provide the solution by email, phone going to the clients premises.
