PRODUCT RANGE
•          Flanges weld neck, socket weld, threaded, blind, slip on, lap joint and reducing type to ASME / ANSI B *6.5 from 1/2" to *8" in class **0 & ***0 lbs.
•          Flanges long weld neck from **0 to ***0 in sizes from 2" to *2" with length from 6", 9" & *2".
•          Flanges to ASME / ANSI B*6.*6 from 1/2" to *4" in class **0 & ***0 lbs.
•          Flanges to API **5/ASME B*6.*7. AWWA and light type.
•          Spectacle Blind/Figure 8 Blank according to API **0/ASME B*6.*8.
•          Flanges of special type made according to drawing.
APPLICATIONS
•          Weld Neck Flanges : Occasionally referred to as High Hub flange. It is designed to reduce high stress concentrations at the base of flange by transferring stress to the adjoining pipe.
 
•          Blind Flanges : These are usually used to stop one end of the flanged pipe, a valve orifice or the opening of a pressure vessel, function similar to that of a plug or cap.
 
•          Slip on Flanges : Used in quick assembly to save the cost, these are also used in less strict requirements in terms of length of pipe section.
 
•          Lap Joint Flanges : These are primarily used when quick assembly and disassembly of pipe line section is required under limited working pressure.
 
•          Threaded Flanges : These flanges are similar to slip on flange but bore is threaded and used in special requirements to work under high temperature and pressure, making sure no welding joint is made at the assembly.
 
•          Socket Welding Flanges : Recommended for orifice flanges. These work as substitute for slip-on-flanges in the cases where the diameter of the tube is very small and working pressure is very high.
 
•          Reducing Flanges : These are more frequently used in installations with limited space and flow should travel from the smaller size to larger otherwise severe turbulence could develop.
